Most of the women shown in the images held the role of secretary or assistant, except for four, who were working in the business work-study program, where they held the positions of Information director, purchasing supervisor, personnel supervisor, and chief accountant.

There were only five other women mentioned, Margaret Gillies, who was the coordinator of Financial Aid, Carol Estad, who was the Coordinator of Veteran Affairs, Julie Mackall, Extended Studies, Non-Credit Studies Coordinator, Aileen Ferguson, who was the Recorder, and Louise Lowe, who was the Assistant to the President.

Some of the Administrative Faculty from 1984 are shown, including two women who are listed as being in higher faculty positions, as one is described as being the VP of Public Affairs, and the other is listed as the acting director of University Development.
