Title
"Please Buy Me" Student Image On George Mason's 'Slave Day'
Subject
This is an image of a young white student of GMU on slave day holding up a sign as she is being 'auctioned off' as the 'slave ' she is.
Description
She did this to be 'sold' and bought in order to raise money for a cause, ridiculing and dismissing the trauma that comes with being a black student who has actually come from a line of ancestors who were once auctioned due to the color of their skin. This shows how insensitive and inhumane TKE's were to the black GMU community.
