This image shows the gravestone of Eva Roy, a 14-year-old girl tragically murdered in Burke, Virginia, on August 6, 1918. Her unsolved death became one of Northern Virginia's most well-known ghost stories. The gravestone, marked “Aunt Eva Roy,” is located at Lee Chapel Cemetery, where visitors have reported paranormal activity, including unexplained cold spots and ghost sightings. The dates inscribed are September 21, 1903 – August 6, 1918.
