When I lived in Monroe there was a ghost on the third floor. I could always feel him there but I never saw him. It wasn't until the end of the second semester that someone else started talking about how there is was a ghost. He used to mess with you in the bathroom, close the common room doors, flicker lights and give you a chill. He was nice he just liked to mess with us.
