The newspaper team did further research on the situation to provide better understanding for readers who had been following the situation. This is the rule that forced Dr. Brown’s resignation which has been an ordinance at GMU since its inception: “The employment of person from the same economic unit shall be dismissed and exceptions shall be made only after submission for approval in writing has been made to the President and approved by him. When such employment is deemed necessary, the following conditions shall apply: 1. No member of an immediate family may be a supervisor of another member. 2.
